The Wild West...

There are some places in Ireland that are sacred to me. This is the valley around Lough na Fooey in Connemara. I could not tell you how many times I have come here for a day of hiking, escape, prayer, and reflection. I have so many happy memories here of picnics on the red sand beach and of seeking God's direction and help. It is harder to get here now that I live on the East coast... but I was able to spend a couple of hours here yesterday. I was excited to see it through the eyes of my drone!
